3. Preheat the oven to 374°F and prepare a tray, divide the dough into three equal parts, forming three long rolls and braid them. Place on the baking sheet, paint with a beaten egg and decorate with almonds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until it has browned. Cool in wire rack.
