- 10.5 oz of green beans
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
One of my favorite garrisons in almost any menu include green beans, but especially those that are finite and if you have not baked too. Seasoned with a little garlic and oil are delicious, but for this quick and easy Christmas recipe we can give them a twist like this version with grapefruit, green beans and nuts.

1. Peel the garlic and onions. Put them to cook in a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt. When they are tender, after about 10 minutes, drain reserving the water. Place them in a grinder kitchen with nuts, a drizzle of olive oil, a handful of herbs and black pepper. Grind forming a paste.
2. Cook green beans in water, leaving them al dente, just a couple of minutes. Drain and place in a bowl. Peel grapefruit removing all the white parts, trying not to lose too much juice. Chop and add to the beans.
3. Toast the hazelnuts and pine nuts in a pan without oil. Add the Jewish. Add the reserved pasta, a little olive oil and season to taste. Mix everything well.
