- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes

- 4 tsp of olive oil

Agata was left me several days ago and has not more Greek recipes that I’ve already posted, but what if I left a huge void that decided to fill it with some new Greek recipes I have been searching in the web, as these simple and rapid Greek feta cheese packets.

1. Peel the onion, wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut into thin rings both ingredients. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil and put all the ingredients above; spread the olives on top. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp of oregano and sprinkle with 3 tsp of oil. Drain the feta cheese.
2. Cut each piece into two parts first crosswise and then horizontally into 2 slices. Put 2 pieces on each packet of vegetables, season with oregano and drizzle with the remaining oil drops. Cover and seal up the packets with foil and bake them with hot grill about 20 minutes.
